Long review!!

OK, so this was a little project of mine. But, to bring it all together, to make the project land in a spectacular way, I needed the right display solution for it.

That's where the 5 x Star Wars Helmet Display case comes in.

Before I proceed, I have to say that the picture does NOT do it justice. I have several models and cases and they're great, but when you stand in front of this display it's really something else. Truely.

My initial concept was to build and display my 5 favourite Star Wars Helmets. I initially thought about purchasing a separate case for each helmet until I came across this case - the Quintuple Case. I knew immediately this is what was needed.

But.... there was something missing. Unlike the individual cases, the background for this case was all black.... or so I thought.

I contacted OnBrick and asked if it was possible to have printing done on the background. YES was their immediate answer. Now, by looking at the picture it's difficult to distinguish but let me assure you, the custom background is there and it's this subtle yet key and crucial element that sets this whole display off.

Knowing the configuration of the helmets as well as the lighting sequence, I asked for a background that reflects the Red/White/Red/White/Red lighting arrangement I had in mind. You will see in one of the images I provided what they came back with. A background that perfectly matches the helmet and lighting arrangement. I mean seriously, It's bang on.

I accept that each individual element coming together in the right way is what brings this all to life, BUT the case with the custom background is what makes this display an actual display.

The case itself is what you'd expect from OnBrick. Quality is top notch. Packaging is top notch. Fitment of the case, walls and most importantly the helmet stands are perfect.

While I highly recommend this case to anyone interested in putting together a similar display, I recommend OnBrick as the place to go for display cases of any sort.
